Belfast, 21st May 2009 - Causeway Data Communications (CDC) Ltd. of Coleraine, Northern Ireland has completed an exclusive North American and Caribbean license agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) for its property valuation product spatialest®. The product is the only fully integrated Geographic Information Systems (GIS) computer assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) solution available in the market place today.
