spatialest™ support is available to all users with a support contract. The spatialest® Helpdesk logs and filters support calls from users.  These support calls are then passed to specialists within CDC Ltd who attend to the call and resolve the issue through whatever means available to them. Training

CDC Ltd provides a series of training courses for the spatialest product. The courses are offered as workshops where the users get to use their own data to consolidate learning and to better understand the spatialest process.

spatialest™ software comprises a series of sample datasets and a comprehensive online Help facility to allow users to quickly familiarize themselves with the product. A User Guide and a Tutorial are also included to allow users to work through the functionality at their own pace.
